GGR Group Ltd Haddenham is pleased to announce that it has successfully achieved its FORS GOLD accreditation for the 8th year in succession.

Gold accreditation is only awarded to exceptional operators who have met exacting targets. FORS Gold operators actively promote the FORS Standard in their supply chain.

GGR Group Ltd became involved with FORS in 2013 gaining its 1st Bronze Award, since then GGR have made improvements to their fleet, driver training, and development process as well as updating their transport policies and procedures to improve performance and service to our customers.

What is FORS?

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary accreditation scheme for fleet operators which aims to raise the level of quality within fleet operations, and to demonstrate which operators are achieving exemplary levels of best practice in safety, efficiency, and environmental protection. More information about the scheme can be found by using the link below.

Donald MacDonald GGR’s Transport Compliance Manager said:

“This is another great achievement for GGR Group and makes me feel proud to be part of the team. Having never dealt with FORS until last year I found the process of gaining and the standards required for accreditation very easy to follow and meet with some great toolkits and guides available. These standards have helped me improve the way GGR Group works towards reducing emissions and accidents during the last year, as well as providing exceptional customer service”

GGR Group is continually updating its policies and procedures to maintain its Bronze accreditation as well as working towards its next Gold audit due later this year. With continual advice and guidance from FORS GGR Group is committed to lowering emissions, reducing accidents and injuries, and maintaining its exceptional customer service.
